Parties interested in performing an EdgeBCC site visit should coordinate with their authorized EdgeBCC sales agent. If you are not currently working with a sales agent, you may call the facility directly to schedule a visit. This will be opened as a standard service ticket by sending and email to service@edgebcc.com or calling 866-670-EBCC.

Guest access to the data center will only be granted by prior coordination with the EdgeBCC. Prior to guest arrival, an authorized administrator must schedule a guest visit with the Edge BCC operations manager. Due to staffing requirements, all guest visits must be arranged at least two business days in advance. Guests must be escorted at all times by an Edge BCC employee.
