For your safety and the safety of Edge BCC staff, the BCC facility is staffed around the clock with security and operations personnel. The BCC facility utilizes interior and exterior closed circuit television monitoring. These CCTV feeds are archived in DVR format and exported for long term storage. In addition, all sensitive data areas are protected by both Biometric hand scanners and standard proximity card readers. Customer cage space is individually setup with card scanners and shared rack space features separately locked cabinets.
All access activity to the data center and recovery workspace area is monitored and logged to provide a complete audit trail of access.
All recording devices (cameras, tape recorders, smart phone with camera or dictation capability, etc.) are prohibited. If you need photographic documentation of your area, please coordinate with the Edge BCC operations to provide these pictures for you.
Minors are prohibited in the data center areas of the facility.
