Companies that already utilize LightEdge Solutions' Hosted PBX VoIP platform may quickly and easily transfer their phone system to the EdgeBCC infrastructure for minimal downtime. Disaster recovery customers will also have access to pre-provisioned desktop computing environments with a pre-configured customer desktop image. In the event of a disaster, this desktop image can be quickly loaded on a PC for each contracted seat, enabling the customer to move critical employees into the disaster recovery space where they can seamlessly continue critical operational functions.
