Hosted PBX Voice-over-IP Telephony

Hosted PBX VoIP replaces your on-premises PBX device with components housed remotely in the EdgeBCC network. Phone features can be configured and initiated by the users and can quickly be adjusted to reroute service to cell phones or alternate land-lines. If your business experiences an event at your facility such as a fire, your phone traffic can quickly be rerouted to alternate phones in the EdgeBCC Disaster Recovery workspace to ensure your business continuity.
Hosted Microsoft Exchange

Hosted Exchange is an "anytime, anywhere" application with the ability to be run over a network to Outlook, or via browser using Outlook Web Access. IT Services
Managed Backup
The Managed Backup service is a block-level incremental backup provided in two distinct flavors. The service initially backs up all of the data in the directory assigned and creates a point-in-time snapshot of the data. Subsequent backup transactions only involved the data blocks that have changed since the last snap, rather than the entire file. This creates a more efficient data backup and storage strategy, and allows for reliable and selective recovery. Since snaps are more efficient that full or incremental backup, several snaps can be down during the day (even during working hours) to optimize the Restore Point for the data.
Managed Backup services provide a reliable, automated and easily recoverable off-site copy of your critical business data as part of your company's business continuity plans.
- Managed Remote Backup - This is an incremental service for small and medium businesses with servers on premises. Managed Remote Backup is initiated through a full backup either over the wire, or to a portable storage device. Subsequent snaps are performed over a connection to the EdgeBCC data center.
- Managed Data Center Backup - Within the data center backups may be snapped directly to storage devices within the data center and can be copied to a secondary data center in the EdgeBCC network for additional security.
Server Hosting
On-premises servers are at risk. Many businesses of all sizes are moving their existing servers or allocating dedicated servers in a data center to take advantage of the clean/redundant power, fire suppression, managed/secure network environment and 24x7x365 monitoring and management.
- Dedicated Servers - The EdgeBCC data center can meet your dedicated hosting needs through dedicated Pentium 4 and Xeon processor servers up to IBM BladeServers with Raid 5 or Raid 10 SAN storage. Choosing a dedicated environment can greatly affect your cash flow as you are not obligated to purchase new hardware every 2-3 years. Hardware upgrades are part of your monthly service contract.
- Colocated Servers - Any existing, owned servers can be colocated within the EdgeBCC facility's data center fulfill a business continuity plan that requires critical processes to be moved off-premises. Colocated services take advantage of the data center's clean redundant power, and redundant network connectivity.
